Allen Marine Services is now a Division of Hohl Industrial Services.

Hohl Industrial Services, Inc., Western New York's largest rigging, millwrighting, heavy hauling and fabrication contractor, announces the company has acquired Allen Marine Services (AMS). AMS will now be operated as a division of Hohl Industrial Services, expanding Hohl's capabilities to include commercial diving, marine construction and emergency services for marine, industrial, environmental, governmental, and municipal businesses. The acquisition also gives AMS customers access to a wide range of resources at Hohl including a large, modern fabrication shop and extensive field construction services and equipment.

"The acquisition of Allen Marine Services is in keeping with Hohl's growth strategy to continually offer our clients additional expertise and services to meet their most demanding challenges," explained David A. Hohl, president.

John Bordner, former owner and president, with the current AMS diving crew will continue to service customers as a division of Hohl. Their experience includes projects such as construction, maintenance, and repair of water intake pipes, water intake structures, debris removal, sluice gates, trash racks, dams, traveling water screens, water pumps, gate valves, and more. The AMS team will operate from Hohl Industrial Services' state-of-the-art facilities on Riverview Boulevard in Tonawanda.
